Confessions of a Shopaholic

For those who happen to glance at my book list, I have been reading Confessions of a Shopaholic and all the subsequent Shopaholic books that author Sophie Kinsella has written. Obviously I liked them--I liked them a lot actually. I just finished the last in the Shopaholic series today and I am a little sad. It's like when a new Harry Potter is released. You can't wait to get your hands on a copy, you read all day and all night, finish in record time, maybe read your favorite parts again and then...it's over. After all the exhilaration, there is a let down knowing that you have a whole year or two until you get more of the story. These aren't on the same level as Harry Potter, but I hope Sophie Kinsella writes another or at least the books get made into a movie or something.

Anyway, I recommend these books to anyone who wants a light, funny, and highly addictive read. You may think they are stupid, but I like mindless reading every once in a while.

Let me know what you think if you do start the series.

Wow, you have a lot of new posts for me to catch up on! Loved the house pic's--cute paint color selections (isn't is fun to pick after living with white apartment walls?). Also-that is so exciting about Matt & Belize! Where is the wedding being held?

Oh, and we loved seeing your parents and all the regulars back at the Agoura ward. Such good memories. We must get together when you fly out in July!
