The Dodger Game

Last night we went to the Rockies/Dodger game as a family. We had so much fun in our Dodgers gear eating hotdogs, peanuts, and cotton candy. Jack and Layla were so good and we actually made it through an entire game. Sadly, the Dodgers lost (barely) but it was still a great night. Jack finally figured out how to clap his hands and wouldn't stop, and Layla devoured an entire bag of cotton candy. Before I had the chance to clean her hands, she put her sticky blue fingers to her nose, took a deep breath, smiled and said, "Now I smell good!" Truly a girl after my own heart! I LOVE the smell/taste/texture of cotton candy. It's one of my favorite things! However, I am proud to admit that I did not even taste one bit of Layla's cotton candy last night (Laura should be proud of that). If I had, I probably wouldn't have been able to stop.

We really had fun being together last night. Sometimes I can't believe how fast our little family is growing.

Of course the only picture of the photographer (me) is blurry. Sorry!

Towards the end of the game, Jack was getting a little restless, so Layla took off his socks, put them on her hands and entertained him with "sock puppets" which both kids thought were hilarious. It got us through the last inning...

How cute is your heading. Did you scan that in? I may need to borrow some dresses during my week. I better count and see how many we have so no girl gets left out!!! Love your blog.

Cute pictures! We took our boys to an Angels game and got all excited about buying them a cotton candy. Each of them took one bite and then spit it out like they were going to die--whose kids are these anyway? Must be a female thing.
