October

This is absolutely my favorite month! I am so happy that it is here at last. It may be the dramatic change in weather or that it marks the beginning of the holiday season--either way, October is much anticipated and rarely fails to deliver! Here are the top 10 reasons I love this month:

1. The air gets crisp and cool
2. I get to wear all my sweaters, gloves, scarves, and jackets to look cute instead of wearing them to keep from freezing to death
3. It marks the beginning of boot season
4. Everything yummy comes out in pumpkin flavor (ex. ice cream, hot chocolate, cheesecake)
5. Candy corn is on every corner isle display at the grocery stores
6. Caramel and pumpkin become main ingredients in all desserts
7. My house gets a holiday makeover
8. I get to burn my Creamy Caramel candle from Bath and Body Works
9. It's finally cold enough to enjoy a nice cup of hot cocoa, but not cold enough to absolutely need one
10. You get to enjoy all these things with no snow!
