Yesterday I spent all day reading this book...
And Saturday, I will most likely spend all day reading this book...
On these intense "book reading days," we typically stay in our jammies all day. No hair gets combed, no teeth get brushed, no errands or housework gets done. The kids can pretty much eat whatever they can get their hands on. They can watch whatever movies they want for however long they want. I just glance up every once in a while from my book to check if they are alive, refill a cup of milk or two, and then it's back to reading.
It's sad and a little pathetic, but I just can't help it...sometimes books are just too good to put down.

Amen! Everyone needs the occasional escape. Any thought on a book club pick for me? I'm hosting in October . . .
So what did you think of Breaking Dawn?
Love it that you admit what we all do every once in a while! I LOVED Water for Elephants...couldn't put it down.
