It seems that overnight Jack has become stubbornly and irrationally independent. In other words, he's starting to act like he's 2. He has to do everything from putting on his shoes and zipping up his jacket to opening the garage door or turning off the lights. And if you forget or refuse to let him to any of these things, he has a total meltdown.
Today he went "potty" by himself three times (and he actually peed which is a great thing!) and then had to take a shower all by himself before bed. He washed his own hair and scrubbed his tummy with the luffa. He was so stinking cute that I had to take yet another naked picture. (I stood on the adjoining tub and looked down into the shower if you are wondering about the photo's angle.)

love the picture! don't you just love two year olds?! i am such a baby person, not so much a two year old person. jack is just sweet.
