That is short for Multi-Level Marketing (in case you don't know). I really don't have too strong of an opinion on their...hmmm, what's the right word...potential. I am sure many people make good or even great money doing one of the many multi-level marketing opportunities out there. Personally, they are usually not for us.
I just think it's funny that we only get asked to attend presentations here in Utah. In all the places we have lived, we have never been asked to consider an MLM. But here in Utah they seem to be rampant. Tonight was yet another lesson to us: If a friend asks you over to hear another friend's story or experience...be prepared.
Luckily, there is usually dessert involved.
