Today we woke up early, got the kids in the car, and watched Caton run a 5k as a volunteer for kids with epilepsy. He pushed a 5 year old boy named Isaac. It was fun for Caton to participate and for our kids to watch. I am reminded of how blessed we are that we have 3 healthy children. It's also nice to remind them as well how lucky they are to run and play. They easily forget.
Hopefully we will get to do more races like this during the summer.
