We are off!

I am sitting in a clean, empty house doing some last minute things on my computer before our internet gets disconnected. The trailer is packed and already on it's way to Utah. Layla is at a friend's house hopefully expending all her energy so that she will sleep for most of our road trip. Jack is napping upstairs in his pack-n-play. I just finished my last minute deep cleaning and I think I am ready to leave.

I will miss Colorado.  Although we have moved around a lot, I feel so blessed that we seem to make such good friends and have wonderful experiences everywhere we go. My christmas card list seems to double each year. I am sad to leave my friends, my ward, and my little business, but I feel lucky to have been here and I know that some of our friends here will be our friends for a very long time. 

It's an odd feeling to move and completely erase any trace of existence from the house that was once your home.  There are so many little things I want to remember about our life here. But on to bigger and better things. Utah...here we come!
