Not only is September the beginning of my most favorite season, but it also happens to be my two year blogging anniversary. I am so glad that my sister-in-law Corissa bugged me to start a blog. It has been my journal, my picture album, my link to friends and family, and at times a great outlet for my excitement, stress, and frustrations. It has been a good two years and I feel grateful to be able to go back and read through all my funny, mundane, bizarre, sentimental, and priceless entries.
On a different note, this weekend we got a special "labor day" treat...our good friends from law school came up from Vegas for the weekend. Layla got to play with her "bestest friend" Shayla and I got to catch up with my dear friend Annjeanette and her sweet sweet sweet 4 week old baby! I tried to take some pictures but the kids were just not into all my look-at-me-and-smile tricks today.
