temple square and gingerbread houses...

Grandma and Grandpa (Caton's parents) are in town and we have been having lots of fun with them. Sunday night we went to Temple Square to see the Christmas lights. It was sooo cold, but very beautiful.

Last night Grandma made real gingerbread houses for Layla and Jack to decorate. So much fun! Layla was the patient, methodical artist and Jack just "pushed" on every single piece of candy he could find. The houses turned out very cute. Thank you Grandma!

I just got a new camera and I am having a hard time figuring out my settings--especially my low light settings. I tried to take pictures at temple square and of the kids decorating their houses but the pictures didn't quite turn out all that great. Here is what I salvaged...
