I seriously have been blog slacking. It's not my fault though...I just feel so gross. When I am nauseous like this, I typically can't spend a long time at the computer, or reading, or even watching TV. It really stinks. I also have been trying to stay away from the things I love - photography, crafting, my favorite foods - just because I don't want to associate them with feeling this way. And so...my life is pretty bleak these days.
I just got prescribed some medicine that should help with the nausea so hopefully I can stay sane as I finish up living in hell - I mean - my first trimester.
Noteworthy things:
-Jack and Caton had their first father/son road trip. I don't know why Caton wanted to do it, but they ended up eating way too much junk food, getting really dirty, and losing their toothbrushes...in other words, they had a great time.
-Meanwhile, Layla and I had a relaxing girls weekend full of Cafe Rio, shopping, movies, and pedicures. It was lovely and so much easier not having Jack around. No offense to the little guy, but Layla is just so easy...
-Funny conversation between Caton and Jack:
Caton: Jack, you are crazy!
Jack: I not crazy, you crazy! I funny!
