...but these caramel apples were very tasty. And fun to make with the kids. This is one of my favorite family night activities of the fall. Jack and Layla couldn't pile enough stuff on top of their apples. And when it was time to eat them, I don't think the actual apple part was ever bit into...just the layers of chocolate and caramel. By the end of the night, everyone (including me) was sticky and happy.
