ski bunnies...

Caton and I agreed that this year would be a "skier investment year" -- spending the time to teach the kids so that Caton has someone to ski with. Caton has sacrificed the last few Saturdays of perfect powder (Utah clouds have been dumping snow) to teach Layla and Jack on the bunny hills. Luckily, they both are picking up skiing like pros and I think Caton will have some fun little skiers very soon. 

Jack uses the kamikaze technique and Layla, though more cautious than Jack, is learning quickly and really enjoys skiing. I think Caton can ski with Jack and I'll ski with Layla. 

 Here are my little skiers in their 80's Columbia apparel. That pink and purple jacket was mine when I was her age. Not the most fashionable ski ensemble but they are good quality and WARM. And Layla rocks it.
