I love reading. I don't always read as much as I would like but I try to squeeze it in whenever I get the chance. Lately I have been listening to audiobooks. They are great for when I run or when I'm in the car or when I'm cooking dinner. I just recently finished an amazing audiobook: Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand. I highly recommend it to anyone. Great story about a former olympic runner held as a POW during WWII. Very powerful.
As you can tell, I keep a list of all the books I read throughout the year on the sidebar of my blog. I do this for two reasons. One, I like to remember what I have read and when I read it. And two, I assume people like good book recommendations. I know I do. It recently occurred to me that while I keep track of every book I read, I don't necessarily enjoy all of them. In fact, sometimes I hate them. I would hate for someone to pull a book title from my blog, read it, hate it, and then curse me for my "recommendation." So I have decided to rate all my books: Must (as in "must read!"), Good (as in "I enjoyed it enough"), and Skip (meaning the obvious).
So, enjoy all the books I rave about and don't judge me if you pick something I hated. And please let me know of any good books you have recently read. I am forever searching.

Just read The House at Sugar Beach by Helene Cooper. So wonderful! I learned a lot and could not put it down.
i LOVE that book! it is a must read!!
I LOVE the "review" idea! I never find time to read, so I am just going to go for the MUST category! You are amazing! I am thinking we may need to come and see you as a family after our little girl is born in July! Have a great weekend! ~Laura
I like your idea! I share mine once or twice a year on my blog but like how you track them - are you on goodreads - that is another way to track and share them - 5 stars = must read! I am also huge fan of audiobooks - doing dishes, walking to park, etc I listen to about 2 books a month but only read about 1 real book every 6 months or so!
